Central MO Humane Society adoptable dogs | Columbia MIssouri Pet Photography
Last Monday, I had the pleasure of volunteering with Central Missouri Humane Society. With their regular photographer away for a few months, our aim is to grab photos of adoptable pets so we can showcase their individualities and increase the chances of finding them homes.
Happy
I love photographing weddings, but pet photography will always hold a special place in my heart. When we were adopting our baby, Tallulah, the rescue posted the cutest photo of our lil potato. My husband and I fell in love with her immediately. I’m hoping that volunteering my pet photography services can help do something similar for these adoptable dogs.
Kingston
A couple of these dogs have found homes, but most still have no place to go. Kingston, the handsome gentleman in the above photo, is still a resident of Central Missouri Human Society.
Naomi
Naomi and Rosemary, shown above and below respectively, currently reside at the humane society in Columbia, Missouri as well. It is often times much harder to find adult dogs homes.
Rosemary
Violet, shown below, has found her furever home! Adoptable puppies often find homes much more quickly than adoptable adult dogs. If you are ready to commit to adopting a puppy, be sure to submit your application fast! If a puppy seems like too much work for you at the moment, consider adopting an older dog or a cat instead.

Thank you for supporting Central Missouri Human Society and my business by reading this article! I will be volunteering my pet photography services every Monday until their regular photographer gets back and will be posting adoptable pets weekly. Be sure to check back in next week! If you are interested in adopting or volunteering through Central Missouri Human Society - please give them a shout! Anything helps!
